Major Track Record

Evaluating the final performance of complete vehicles
Climatic Wind Tunnel (Climatic Wind Tunnel)

A test facility that installs a complete vehicle (automobiles, railway vehicles, construction equipment, etc.) in a test chamber and reproduces the most extreme climatic conditions
to develop vehicle performance under the same conditions as the actual site.

As the reliability of automotive components under diverse environmental conditions is essential, the climatic wind tunnel serves as a facility to enhance the reliability of each component and improve the overall performance of the complete vehicle, and its construction at automobile manufacturers continues to increase.

The Whale Corp. completed the GM Daewoo Korea Climatic Wind Tunnel on a turnkey basis, and the Shanghai GM Climatic Wind Tunnel, as the first project for a Chinese automaker, verified its original core technology.

The Whale Corp. also devotes its full efforts to climatic wind tunnel R&D, accelerating the development of various new technologies and materials, and pursuing the standardization and convenience of productive and eco-friendly facility operation to supply customers with the highest-quality climatic wind tunnels.
